Whether it’s a commendation or a grievance, we provide a dedicated platform to ensure consumer voices are heard and acted upon.

At ConsVoice, we aim to bridge the gap between consumers and businesses. Our platform facilitates clear communication, enabling consumers to:

  • Lodge complaints and seek resolutions directly from vendors and service providers.

Beyond being a feedback platform, we serve as a liaison between consumers and businesses. We work closely with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) and a team of legal experts proficient in conflict resolution to address and resolve consumer concerns. Our legal team leads the way in advocating for consumer rights and ensuring disputes are handled professionally and fairly.

We also prioritize transparency by updating users on the status of their complaints and commendations, ensuring that businesses engage constructively with their customers.

How We Operate

  1. Consumer Interaction: Users can easily register and share feedback via the app. Feedback is categorized into commendations and complaints for seamless processing.
  2. Vendor Engagement: Complaints are relayed to vendors through our structured communication system. We ensure that issues reach the appropriate party within the shortest possible time.
  3. Resolution Process: Our legal team and FCCPC partnerships facilitate dispute resolution. This may involve mediating discussions, following up with vendors, or escalating unresolved cases to regulatory authorities.
  4. Data Protection and Compliance: We adhere strictly to Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) standards. Our NDPR Certificate validates our data-handling processes, and all collected information is stored securely and used transparently.
